BRITISH WEBLEY REVOLVER, CONFEDERATE ISSUE.
At first glance, many Confederate purists may shout down any claim that this is a Confederate weapon, but I tend to put more stock into bonafide documentation than most. Nearly the entire production of Kerr Revolvers are getting credit for being Confederate, based on either Pratt's Squad Roll of Kerr's being issued to his Company "H" of the 18th Virginia Cavalry, or the fact that many documented specimens are marked with a "JS and anchor" on the grips.
