CIVIL WAR COLT NAVY REVOLVER WITH ORIGINAL HOLSTER.
A Colt 1851 Navy that is still "in-the-black" and right out of the woods with its original holster. In the 127XXX range, it is suprisingly good condition showing good markings and edges but it's dirty and shows a thin film of rusty staining which I believe could be cleaned up pretty well. Colt Navy Revolvers that were military issue are one of the top-dog variations in Colt Collecting with only 2000 or so ordered and issued in the last half of the 1850's. This is a really pretty 22 caliber Open-Top Pocket that is mounted with extremely rare mother-of-pearl grips. It's factory or New York engraved and save for the slightest flaking at the front of the cylinder and back of the left barrel lug, it's in outstanding condition.
